Wines from Spain will be hosting a pavilion at the 2009 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, to take place from February 19 to 22.

The Festival, presented by Food & Wine, is a star-studded, 4-day event showcasing the talents of renowned winemakers, spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. Hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU), the festival benefits the Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.

We would like to introduce you to Tempranillo Los Pinos, a wine that is made from rigorously selected grapes.

The Tempranillo variety, here, is cultivated mainly in glass and produces little amount of grape. Their berry and cluster are of small size in this little fertile earth. Shoot at the end of March, blooms at the beginning of April and vendimia the first fortnight of September.
