Our grapes are cultivated from old in the old vineyards that surround the small agricultural population by Casas de Los Pinos, in the province of Cuenca, in Spain.

Located to 725 meters of altitude, the vineyards in Casas de Los Pinos (Cuenca, Spain) are old, deep, upholsteries of rolled song on a poor subsoil that produces little amount of grape and guarantees a high concentration of aromas and flavor.

CLIMATE

The climate in Casas de Los Pinos, is dry with invier very cold and very warm summers to us. During the previous time to vendimia, the high difference between the nocturnal and diurnal temperature favors enormously great quality of the maturation of the grape.

THE WAREHOUSE

From its foundation 1958, the warehouse has been adapted and investing in technology to adapt the processes of elaboration to wine that our clients prefer. One controls all the process from the maturation of the grape and fermentation of must to the raising of the wine in the underground digging and the bottling.
